Thank God I have all my favorite Music Songs on my IPod! I had one of those days today and had to turn to my music to lift me up and make my day by listening to all those songs that remind me of 101 great memories. Plus I was able to come home and download a new file song that I heard on the radio and I can play it whenever I want

I have also had these days! I have noticed that it helps to have lots of your favorite music on stand-by just in case something goes … not so right! I also get self-help from Ares.
