President Obama’s Speech Today
Public attitude surveys taken aptly after the speech by CNN and CBS show Mr. Obama’s plans won overwhelming approval from viewers.
Polls top toward most Americans welcome U.S. President Barack Obama’s speech on the economy. In his Tuesday address to Congress, he said the United States will recover from recession and “emerge stronger than before.”
Most said the president’s plans will make the economy better. But one survey by CBS, found only a bit more than half thought Mr. Obama will be able to accomplish all of his goals.
Wednesday, Vice President Joe Biden vowed close oversight of the massive economic stimulus plot.
In his address, Mr. Obama urged Congress to pass laws to regulate the U.S. financial logic more effectively. He also called for action on carbon pollution and more work on alternative energy.

I hope he is able to get a grip on the economy being the first african-american president his every step will be scrutized forever and it would really help me and those I know if we had better times aptly now.
Of course people are going to make there comments or find a touch negitive about Barack and throw it way out of context.. but I personaly reckon he is doing a fantastic job..
